Cherry Mobile has just announced its newest smartphones, the Flare 4, the Flare S4 and the Flare S4 Plus, in an event held at the New World Hotel in Makati. These new devices come with Android 5.1 Lollipop, octa-core SOCs and friendly price tags.
Cherry Mobile Flare 4 and Flare S4
The Flare 4 and the Flare S4 come with similar spec sheets. The two devices have 5 inch HD displays, octa-core processors and a 2GB / 16GB RAM-storage combination. The difference between them are slight design changes like the back panel, front camera placement, and capacitive keys. These two Flares run Android 5.1 Lollipop and enjoy LTE connectivity. Both come at a friendly price of only PHP 4,999.

Cherry Mobile Flare S4 Plus
Compared to the other two, the Cherry Mobile Flare S4 Plus comes better spec’d. The S4 Plus sports a larger 5.5 inch IPS display with a full HD resolution and OGS technology. It comes with a 1.3 GHz octa-core chipset and 3GB of RAM. The main camera touts a larger 16 MP sensor and a 5 MP front cam for selfies. The device also runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and also supports LTE connectivity. The phablet comes at a higher but still friendly price of only PHP 7,999.
