Last week, in an event at the Conrad Hotel in Manila, Plantronics introduced its newest Bluetooth headphone products to the Philippine market.
Plantronics BackBeat Go 3
Perfect for people on the go, the Backbeat GO 3 is a bluetooth in-ear headphones built to deliver high-resolution sound through wireless connectivity without losing audio fidelity. It features custom six millimeter speaker drivers tuned to deliver a best-in-class listening experience; a sweat-proof P2i nano-coating for protection from sweat and light splashes of water; and best of all, a convenient charging case with a built-in rechargeable battery that gives up to 13 extra hours of listening and two full charges.
In addition, the BackBeat GO 3 has built in inline controls for music and calls. Users can skip through tracks, adjust volume, answer calls, and even activate Siri or Google Now.
The BackBeat GO 3 can give up to 6.5 hours of listening time on single charge. It is now available and has a standard retail price of P4,699 and P6,099 with charging case.
Plantronics Voyager 5200
The Voyager 5200 is built for the professional who need to be connected while on the go. This bluetooth headset lets users answer calls, as well as issue commands to Siri and other virtual personal assistants. Designed to be worn comfortably all-day, the device provides up to seven hours of talk time on a single charge and features Plantronics’ proprietary WindSmart technology for exceptional wind and noise reduction.
Like the BackBeat GO 3, the Voyager 5200 also has the company’s exclusive P2i nano-coating for protection against spills, splashes and sweat. It includes a charging case that doubles as a grab-and-go charging dock, and a protective case that provides an additional 14 hours of talk time. It will be available this July 2016 with a standard retail price of P5,599.
Plantronics RIG 500 Series
The Plantronics RIG 500 Series headsets are specifically engineered for the intensity of gaming. It is uniquely constructed with interchangeable components that can be configured for precise fit, comfort, and personalized style. It’s components include an ultra-light, flexible and durable frame; and vented ear cups that reduce heat and pressure; colored headbands; mobile stereo cables; a digital USB adapter with Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound; and 24-bit audio support.
The RIG 500 Series of headsets are endorsed by the ESL, the world’s largest e-sports company. It has three models – the RIG 500, the RIG 500HD and the RIG 500E. The RIG 500 has a built-in flip-to-mute mic boom and retails for P2,795. The RIG 500HD has surround sound, connects via USB and a SRP of P3,695. Lastly, the RIG 500E e-sports edition has two sets of ear cups, a detachable boom mic, a USB adapter, analog stereo cables, and a SRP of P6,995.
