3 Things I Like About the Samsung Galaxy Note7

Galaxy Note7 I was definitely impressed with the Samsung Galaxy Note7. The new phablet sports a host of features and a very premium look and feel. Looking at the list of improvements, we’ve narrowed it down to what we like best about it. Here are the 3 things I like about the Samsung Galaxy Note7.

3 Things I Like About the New Samsung Galaxy Note7

1. Water Resistance – Water resistance is always a welcome feature, allowing you to shrug off and ignore most water related accidents. Its not water proof mind you, but the Galaxy Note7‘s IP68 water and dust resistance allows you to use your phone under water for up to 5 feet and for up to 30 minutes.

2. Design and Build (Black Onyx) – I love the look and feel of the Galaxy Note7. The build quality is fantastic and it feels great in the hand. The shape, sloping screen edges, and the color (Black Onyx) gives it an elegant shine that made the (still very new) Galaxy S7 edge look dated.

3. 64GB Storage – The Galaxy Note7 now has a base storage of 64GB. Sure 32GBs is enough for some people, but for those who like to take a lot of photos and store a lot of songs and movies? 64GB is the way. That’s not to mention the expandable storage via the hybrid SIM 2 slot.

The Galaxy Note7 has other features that deserve at least a mention, namely the Iris Scanner and the S Pen. The Iris Scanner is a cool feature (and, during hands on, works really well) but it is still new and needs further testing if it makes sense in real world usage. The S Pen is a like it or hate it accessory. Its either you use it or you don’t (Personally I like using it).
