Samsung introduces yet another entry level smartphone to the Philippine market in the Samsung Galaxy J7 Core. It features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display, a 13MP rear camera, and Nougat TouchWiz.

Riding on the popularity of the J-series smartphones in the country, Samsung announces the Galaxy J7 Core in the Philippines. Priced at Php9,990, the device brings the latest TouchWiz in an affordable package.

The Galaxy J7 Core comes with a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD display with a resolution of 1280 by 720, and a 267 ppi pixel density. It is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7870 processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage with a microSD expansion slot. The device has a 13MP rear camera with an f1.9 lens and a LED flash, and a 5MP selfie camera with an f2.2 lens. Battery is set at 3,000 mAh. The device runs on Android Nougat based TouchWiz.

The new Galaxy J7 Core will have a retail price of Php9,990. It will be available in stores starting September 16, 2017.
