OPPO F7 teases notch display, 25MP front camera

Set to launch in India on March 26, the OPPO F7 looks to feature a 6.2-inch display, and a 25MP selfie camera.

OPPO F7 is coming

OPPO Mobile India recently released a series of photos on Twitter, showing off the incoming Selfie Expert’s notched display. The phone, which will debut in India this March 26, is rumored to come with a 6.2-inch display and a 25-megapixel front camera.

Like the OPPO F5, the handset will also have OPPO’s AI Beauty Recognition technology. The tech will be in its second generation, which uses AI to enhance a person’s features when taking selfies.

For now, the only information we know of is the display and the front camera. The phone will have a 6.2-inch display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and a full HD+ resolution. It is said to have an 89% screen-to-body ratio. The front camera will use a 25MP sensor, aided by OPPO’s AI technology. It will also get augmented reality stickers, probably similar to what the iPhone X and Samsung Galaxy S9 uses.

Again, I caution everyone to take this with a grain of salt (I know I’m overusing the phrase). Things might and can change from now till launch date.

The OPPO F7 is expected to launch in India on March 26, 2018.
