The Vivo Y71 quietly launched in India, featuring modest entry level specs that include a 5.99-inch 18:9 display, octa-core processor.

Vivo recently announced the entry level Vivo Y71 in India. The handset is the company’s first Y-series with an 18:9 aspect ratio display.
The phone features a 5.99-inch HD+ display with a 1440 by 720 resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. Inside, the phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, paired with 3GB RAM and an expandable 16GB of storage.
The Y71 includes a 13MP rear camera with a LED flash, and a 5MP front shooter for selfies. It also comes with 4G LTE support, dual SIM slots, a 3,360 mAh battery, and Android Oreo based Funtouch OS out of the box.

The Vivo Y71 is available in India with a retail price INR 10,990 (roughly PHP 9,000 or USD 170). No news yet if it will be available in the Philippines.
