All Smart, TNT, Sun, Globe prepaid loads now have 1 year validity

All prepaid load denominations of Smart, TNT, Sun, and Globe are now valid for 1 year starting July 5, 2018.

Prepaid load expiry: 1 Year

Prepaid users rejoice! All prepaid load denominations now have an expiry date of one year from the date of top-up. Previously, one year validity is only for prepaid loads PHP300 and up.

The move was in compliance with the Joint Memorandum Circular signed by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) on December 20, 2017.

Towards the end of last year, DICT approved the extension of all prepaid load expiry date to one year from the date of top-up. Both PLDT and Globe was willing to comply with the order, but asked for some lead time to adjust and test their systems.
