Realme forges ties with Lazada to make its products available to the Philippine market through the online shopping site.
Realme and Lazada Philippines
We were expecting Realme Philippines to release its products through online shopping site Lazada because that’s how it was done in other countries. Recently, the two companies signed an agreement to make it official.
As the brand prepares for its official launch on November 29, their flagship store in Lazada is up (you can check it out HERE) and currently showcases the Realme C1, one of the smartphones that will be introduced tomorrow.
The product page is also ready, but as expected, it displays a mock figure for its price.
Realme C1
The Realme C1 is one of the smartphones the brand is bringing to the Philippines.
The handset comes with a large 6.2-inch HD IPS display, an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450, 2GB RAM, and 16GB expandable storage. It has a large 4,230 mAh battery which can easily last a day.

The C1 also sports a dual 13MP + 2MP rear cameras and a 5MP selfie shooter. Both come with AI support. There’s no fingerprint scanner onboard, but it does offer AI Face Unlock for security.
In India, the phone is priced at INR7,999, which is roughly around PHP6,000. If the price is somewhere near that range, then this has the potential to do well in the country.
The Realme C1 is expected to launch with the brand in the Philippines on November 29, 2018.
