Redmi Note 7 Pro with 48MP camera is now official

The Redmi Note 7 Pro and the Redmi Note 7 recently debuted in India. The midrange handset features a 48MP main camera.

The handset fronts a 6.3-inch full HD+ display with a dot notch (their own brand for the dewdrop notch) with a tall 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor, two RAM/storage options – 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB, and a large 4,000mAH battery that supports Quick Charge 4.

As for the cameras, it has a dual 48MP + 5MP rear module and a 13MP sensor for selfies. There’s also a rear fingerprint scanner and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro starts at INR 13,999 (roughly PHP 10,300) for the 4GB + 64GB, and INR 16,999 (PHP 12,900) for the 6GB + 128GB. It will be available in India starting March 13, 2019.
