ASUS Philippines is off to a great start for 2020. The company has recently launched a new warranty program for its users, offering a more complete and worry-free product experience for free.
Starting January 1, 2020, ASUS, ROG, or ExpertBook laptops will come with ASUS’ new Platinum Protection Warranty or PPW. The new service includes a new “Local Accidental Damage Package” — which is coverage for accidental damage within the first year of warranty for free.
It covers accidental damage from drops, falls or other collisions, liquid and electrical damage, and even acts of nature such as earthquakes, floods and typhoons. It also comes with free labor cost and 80% off on part replacement costs, which can be claimed once within the first year of warranty.

On top of the ASUS PPW, ASUS laptop users can still also maximize the already existing after-sales services such as the 2 Years Global Warranty and the ASUS Premium Care.
ASUS 2 Years Global Warranty is honored in over 190 countries. In the Philippines, ASUS has 99 Authorized Service Partners in over 60 cities.
