ASUS has officially launched the ASUS Gaming V16 (V3607) and ASUS Gaming X16 (K3605) in the Philippines, bringing solid gaming performance at a competitive price.
These laptops mark ASUS’s latest entry into the budget gaming segment, offering high refresh-rate displays, powerful internals, and reliable build quality.
Both the Gaming V16 (V3607) and Gaming X16 (K3605) feature a 16-inch FHD IPS display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 300 nits.
The Gaming V16 (V3607) packs an Intel Core 5 210H (Series 2) processor, up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU, 16GB of 5600MHz DDR5 RAM, 512GB of storage, and a 63Wh battery with a 150W AC power adapter. Despite the size, it remains relatively portable, weighing 1.95 kg (4.30 lbs).
The laptop has a single blue backlight keyboard with 1.7mm travel, an ASUS IceCool Thermal Technology, and MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability.
Meanwhile, the Gaming X16 (K3605) is powered by an Intel Core i5-13420H processor, NVIDIA RTX 3050 Laptop GPU, 8GB of DDR4 RAM, 512GB of storage, and a 50Wh battery. It is slightly lighter, weighing 1.80 kg (3.97 lbs).
Price and Availability
The new ASUS Gaming Series is officially available in the Philippines at ASUS and ROG Stores, with select models powered by RTX 30 and 40 series GPUs. The RTX 5060 variant is expected to arrive by June.
Each purchase comes with an ASUS backpack, ASUS’ 2-year International Warranty, 1-year Accidental Damage Protection, and a 3-month PC Game Pass. For a limited time, the laptop will also come bundled with a free official Genshin Impact mouse pad.
