As previously reported, Android 10 based Realme UI is currently seeding to Realme XT and Realme 3 Pro users. The update brings a fresh new UI, along with some nifty features, bug fixes, and optimizations.
For those who can’t wait for the OTA update, then here’s some good news for you. Realme has released the new firmware, allowing owners to update manually. The files are now available at Realme India’s support page.
How to update to Realme UI
Here’s how to update your Realme XT and Realme 3 Pro to Realme UI. This is the easiest way to do it. It’s the same method I used to update my Realme XT.
Before you proceed, I suggest that you back up your files just in case something goes wrong. Oh and make sure you are connected to a charger or a power bank.
- First step is to download the firmware from Realme’s support page. The firmware is over 3.51GB, so make sure you have a fast and reliable Wi-Fi connection. I downloaded it over PLDT Home Fibr.
- Once you have downloaded the files, open your phone’s File Manager and look for the firmware (it has an ozip file extension).
- Tap on the firmware and choose Update Now to proceed with the package installation.
- The update process should start. All you have to do now is sit and wait for the installation to finish.
And that’s it! Congratulations, you have now updated your Realme 3 Pro and Realme XT to Realme UI Android 10.
