The effects of the novel coronavirus on smartphone manufacturers were felt when Vivo and OPPO pushed backed planned Android 10 upgrades for their respective devices. OPPO has already released its updated ColorOS 7 schedule. And recently, Vivo has announced theirs.
This is the updated rollout schedule for the FuntouchOS 10 Android 10 upgrade. Some devices are scheduled to receive it as early as this March. Do take note that the schedule is for China users, meaning global users would have to wait a bit longer for the theirs.

The FuntouchOS 10 is based on Android 10 and will include performance enhancements, bug fixes, and new features such as the Quick Sharing, a revamped JOVI Smart Voice, animated lockscreens and more.
