One of the world’s best selling video games of all time, Grand Theft Auto 5 (GTA 5), is free for everyone who wants it. If you’re interested, then you should log on to the Epic Game Store right now. Because the game is only free until May 21, 2020.
Unfortunately, the game’s popularity is overwhelming Epic’s servers. I mean, who doesn’t want free triple A games, even if its more than five years old.
People have been experiencing slow loading times, 500 errors, and crashing launchers. Others can’t seem to access the site altogether.
In addition, there are reports that the problem is also affecting other Epic games and services. To their credit, the company has been working hard to resolve the issues.
So my advise to you is to just be patient. May 21 is still some days away.

Don’t forget to enable two-factor authentication on your account. Epic Games is requiring their account holders to activate it before getting the game.
