OPPO Find X3, which features a Snapdragon 888, sets AnTuTu score record

The OPPO Find X3 is expected to launch early 2021 and reports say it will come with the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset. The handset recently appeared on AnTuTu with a score of 771,491 points, setting a new Android record on the benchmarking app.

If the score is any indication, then we should expect a powerful flagship.

OPPO launched two capable flagships last March of 2020 in the Find X2 and Find X2 Pro. Both devices rocked 120Hz displays and Snapdragon 865 chipsets. It is scheduled to be replaced by its predecessor, the Find X3 or Find X3 Pro, in the first quarter of 2021.

Not much is known about the upcoming devices save for the aforementioned Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. But the phone that appeared on AnTuTu (the OPPO PEEM00) is believed to be the OPPO Find X3 or Find X3 Pro. It scored 771,491, which is a good indication of the kind of performance to expect.

As for the rest of the specs, rumors point to a phone with a 6.7-inch display with 3216 x 1440 resolution and an adaptive refresh rate of 10Hz to 120Hz. It will have a thin 8mm frame, weighing in at just 190 g. Battery capacity is said to be 4,500mAh with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging and 30W VOOC Air Wireless fast charging.

The phone will also have four rear cameras with a 50MP Sony IMX766 main, a 50MP Sony IMX766 ultra-wide, a 13MP telephoto, and a 3MP macro.

That’s it for now. More information will surely surface once we get closer to the launch date.
