vivo X60 Pro+ to launch on January 21

vivo unveiled the vivo X60 and X60 Pro at the end of 2020. Today, the company announced that they are set to launch the vivo X60 Pro+ on January 21, 2021 in China.

There are no details about the phone as of yet but Chinese online retailer JD listed teasers showcasing some of the key specs of the X60 Pro+ without divulging much detail. According to the site, the phone will have advanced night mode, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800-series processor (most likely to be the 888), high audio quality playback, a new OS, a leather back panel, and fast charging.

The site also lists 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB variants along with the colors Deep Sea Blue and Classic Orange.

Since we do know of the X60 series, the Pro plus variant should follow most of its specs. As such, expect the vivo X60 Pro+ have Zeiss optics, a possible gimbal stabilization, an AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner, a 32MP selfie camera, and OriginOS Android 11.

We’ll find out soon enough what the vivo X60 Pro+ will bring when it launches on January 21, 2020. In the meantime, you can check out the full specs of the vivo X60 and X60 Pro here.
