Huawei is set to unveil its latest flagship handset, the Huawei P50 Pocket and the Huawei P50 Pro on December 23, at 3:30 PM (PH time).
The P50 Pocket looks to be a foldable or clamshell phone, basing our assumptions on the teaser and various reports online. No official specs have been revealed, but there are some details that surfaced on the web. We could be looking at a Kirin 9000 SoC-powered device, which suggests 4G connectivity. Meanwhile, a report from XDA Developers says a Snapdragon 888 variant will be released for the global market. It remains to be seen which one will debut in the Philippines.
The P50 Pro, on the other hand, returns with more innovative technology such as the Dual-Matrix Camera system, HUAWEI XD Optics, True-Chroma Image Engine, making it a powerful phone for high-end photography. It will carry the design philosophy of the P Series with its premium look and feel.
The handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4G with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It has a 6.6-inch OLED display with 2700 x 1228 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, and 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming for eye care.

It also features multi-device collaboration, allowing it to seamlessly work with other Huawei gadgets by just dragging and matching the icon such as Huawei Vision, FreeBuds, MatePad, MateBook, and more.
