PSA starts implementation of printed ePhilID

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has begun the implementation of the printed ePhilID, a digital version of the PhilID that is printed on paper.

The digital version of the Philsys ID will allow registrants to immediately reap the benefits of being PhilSys-registered as they wait for their physical cards to be delivered.

Even if you claim the printed copy of the PhilID, the PSA assures that you will still get the physical PhilID card.

“The printed ePhilIDs will be issued in PhilSys registration centers nationwide. We hope to replicate the results as we accelerate the rollout to more locations in the country and ensure a seamless process for every registered person in claiming their printed ePhilD,” said PSA Undersecretary Dennis S. Mapa.

The pilot implementation was conducted in select areas in the National Capital Region, Bulacan, and Pampanga in September and October in preparation for the rollout.

Registrants can visit the online appointment system at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph to check if they are already issued their PSN to set an appointment for claiming their printed ePhilID. You will need to submit your transaction number (TRN) found in the transaction slip.
