HONOR X9a 5G with tough OLED Curved Display to launch in the PH on January 19

HONOR Philippines will launch the midrange Honor X9a 5G in the Philippines on January 19, 2023. The smartphone boasts an ultra-tough OLED Curved Display, a first in its segment.

The HONOR X9a 5G is a highly durable smartphone with a build that can survive drops of up to 5 feet. Its OLED display measures 6.67 inches with a full HD resolution and curved sides.

Under the hood, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Its got 5G and Wi-Fi 5 connectivity, and Bluetooth 5.1, along with an in-display fingerprint scanner and Android 12-based Magic UI 6.1. It also has a large 5100mAh battery with 40W fast charging.

On the photography side, there’s a 64MP primary camera, along with 5MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro cameras. Meanwhile, a 16MP selfie camera is tucked under a punch hole at the top-center of the display.

The HONOR X9a 5G will officially launch in the Philippines on January 19, 2023. It comes in two colors — Emerald Green and Titanium Silver. Official pricing will be announced at the launch, which you can catch live on HONOR Philippines’ Facebook Page at 7 p.m. for a chance to win an HONOR X9a 5G.
