The Redmi Note 12 is coming to the country. Xiaomi Philippines posted a clever teaser on social media, showing emojis that spell out the phone’s name.
Unfortunately, we’re not sure if the 4G or 5G variant is launching (we’re assuming it’s going to be the former), but we’ll find out in the coming days.
The Redmi Note 12 features a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a 2400×1080 resolution. The 4G variant is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 chipset with a 50MP main camera and MIUI 14 based on Android 13.
The 5G variant, on the other hand, comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset with a 48MP main camera and an Android 12-based MIUI 14. This variant appears to also have a slimmer design.
The phones come in 4GB+128GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+128GB models, with a 5000mAh battery and 33W fast charging. It has a side-fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, IP53 certification, and graphite cooling.
