Redmi 14C debuts in the Philippines for under 5K

Xiaomi has launched the Redmi 14C in the Philippines. The brand’s latest budget phone starts at Php 4,999.

The Redmi 14C has a large 6.88-inch display with a 1640×720 resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The screen has a peak brightness of 600 nits and features TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light for eye care.

Under the hood, the phone has a MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra processor with configurations of up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. The device also boasts a huge 5160mAh battery with 18W USB-C fast charging.

Although it appears there are four cutouts at the back, the phone only has a dual camera setup, consisting of a 50MP main camera paired with an auxiliary lens. While in front, there’s a 13MP shooter under a waterdrop notch for selfies and video calls.
