Kevin Durant joins Call of Duty: Mobile as a playable operator skin

He debuts with a new Legendary weapon called LAPA - No.35.

NBA superstar Kevin Durant is taking his talents to the virtual battlefield as he becomes a playable character in Call of Duty: Mobile. The Phoenix Suns forward will be available as an operator skin named KD Grim with a Legendary weapon called LAPA – No.35.

KD is the latest celebrity to join Call of Duty: Mobile, following the likes of Snoop Dogg, Messi, Neymar, and Paul Pogba.

Durant’s operator skin is part of the KD Draw, which went live in-game on May 18 (May 19 PH time). The draw will also include other items such as a backpack, a charm, an emote, and a spray. However, the draw is only available for a limited time, so fans should hurry if they want to get their hands on KD Grim before he’s gone.

Call of Duty: Mobile is a free-to-play first-person shooter game that features various modes, maps, and weapons from the Call of Duty franchise. It was released in 2019 for Android and iOS devices and has since become one of the most popular mobile games in the world.

Kevin Durant joined the Phoenix Suns in 2023 after spending four seasons with the Brooklyn Nets. He is one of the best players in the league. However, his team was eliminated from the NBA playoffs by the Denver Nuggets in six games.
