Call of Duty Mobile Season 9 is now live; Update over 1.4GB

Call of Duty Mobile Season 9: Conquest is now available on both Android and iOS. The update is around 1.4GB, and introduces new features, new maps and more.

The update comes with a lot of changes. First on its list of what’s new is Gunsmith from the console/PC game. Here, players can get a deeper level of customization when it comes to their weapons. You can add 5 gameplay attachments from over 50 attachment choices.

Weapons now have 60 levels. If you maxed out your guns in season 8, then that’s where you’ll start. You can still use your XP cards to level up your guns, but you’ll need a lot of them. I managed to max out just one gun using all my XP cards, so thread lightly.

New features have come to Battle Royale as well. The map has new areas, including Campground, Dormitory, Outpost, and Radar Base. There’s also the new Armor Plate item, which repairs armor when used.

For multiplayer, the new Shipment 1944 map is now available. Its a small close-quarters type, so expect a lot of fast paced action.

Coming soon (sometime this month) is a 10v10 mode for Domination and Team Deathmatch on Crossfire, Meltdown, Shipment, and Takeoff. As the name implies, more players mean more fun.
