PLDT and Smart Communications have opened their first Experience Hub with Smart Home in the Philippines at Festival Mall in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
The hub is a one-stop shop for customers to explore various digital services and smart home innovations powered by PLDT Home Fiber, the fastest home broadband in the country.
A future-ready home for every family
The Experience Hub features an interactive Smart Home setup that showcases four main areas in the home: gaming or productivity, gym or workout, kitchen, and entertainment.
Customers can see how smart devices and appliances can enhance their digital lifestyle at home with convenience, comfort, productivity, and security.
They can also control their smart home using voice commands or their fingertips.
“We want to enable customers of our flagship PLDT and Smart Experience Hub to make better decisions with the tools and the connectivity that they need to enhance their digital lifestyle at home,” said PLDT and Smart President and CEO Alfredo S. Panlilio during the E-Hub grand opening event.
The PLDT and Smart E-Hub is part of the company’s efforts to provide better, more innovative, and more convenient services to its customers.
A leader in fiber infrastructure
As of end-2022, PLDT’s fiber infrastructure reached approximately 1.1 million kilometers, consisting of over 231,000 kilometers of international fiber and around 866,000 kilometers of domestic fiber. This infrastructure also supports Smart’s mobile network, which covers 97% of the population with 3G, LTE, and 5G.
These initiatives are aligned with the PLDT Group’s endeavors to provide connectivity to all and support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal No. 9 – Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure.

sa dami ng pwedeng competitors, PLDT pa rin talaga ang may pinaka magandang projects at customer services. This product for sure magiging trending at baka umabot na rin sa ibang bansa, sana magkaroon na sa market agad agad.!

Wow grabe, convenient talaga from gagdets to appliances at any part ng bahay niyo pwede maging remote if ever. May feature sana na macheck ang mga appliances sa consumption or anything na relevant.
sobrang convenient neto hindi mo na need pa problemahin yung plan sa bahay mo kung paano kayo magaayos ng linya niyo at access ng kung ano ano.
Masubukan nga ito, it will be a one time experience pero baka magkaroon kasi sa bahay neto kasi for sure sobrang ganda ng services na ito.
