ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) is set to launch the latest ROG Phone 7 and ROG Phone 7 Ultimate in the Philippines. The ROG Phone 7 series will be unveiled on June 15, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the ROG Phone 7: The Ultimate Game Show Livestream Event on the ROG Philippines Facebook Page, where viewers can also join in a fun game show and win exciting prizes.
The Ultimate Gaming Phone
The ROG Phone 7 Series is designed for gamers who demand nothing but the best performance and features. The smartphone is powered by the flagship 3.2GHz Snapdragon Gen 2 Mobile Platform, which is 15% faster and more power-efficient than its predecessor. It also comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage, which is twice as fast as UFS 3.0.
The ROG Phone 7 Series also boasts a stunning 165Hz AMOLED display with Delta-E < 1 color accuracy, which delivers smooth and vivid visuals for an immersive gaming experience. Moreover, the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, which offers improved scratch and drop resistance.
To keep the ROG Phone 7 Series cool and efficient, ASUS has developed the GameCool 7 thermal system, which features a redesigned vapor chamber, graphite sheets, and copper heat spreaders. The ROG Phone 7 Ultimate also comes with the AeroActive Cooler 7, which attaches to the back of the phone and provides active cooling and extra controls. The AeroActive Cooler 7 has a built-in fan that offers up to 10% improved thermal efficiency and a subwoofer that boosts the volume by up to 50%.
The ROG Phone 7 series also offers a range of features that enhance the gaming experience, such as AirTrigger buttons that provide customizable ultrasonic controls on the edges of the phone, GameFX Audio System that delivers powerful stereo sound with dual front-facing speakers, HyperFusion technology that combines Wi-Fi and mobile data for stable connectivity, and X Mode that optimizes the performance and battery settings for different games.
The ROG Phone 7 series also has a massive 6000 mAh battery that can support all-day gaming. The battery supports Quick Charge 5.0 technology that can charge up to 50% in only 15 minutes. It also supports reverse charging, which allows users to charge other devices with their ROG Phone 7 series.
The Ultimate Game Show
To celebrate the launch of the ROG Phone 7 series, ASUS ROG Philippines is hosting the ROG Phone 7: The Ultimate Game Show event on June 15, where two teams of influencers will compete in various challenges inspired by popular game shows.
The teams are Team Storm White, composed of Ann Mateo and Manjean Faldas, and Team Phantom Black, with Patricia Reyes and Khenji Saito. The game show will be hosted by Leo.
