realme is set to launch its latest champion in the budget segment, the all-new realme C53. You can catch the live stream on the brand’s Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube channels on June 22, Thursday at 6 p.m.
The phone already debuted in Malaysia in early June, featuring a large 90Hz display with the Mini Capsule, along with a 50MP camera.
The realme C53 is powered by a Unisoc T612, an entry-level chip found on several of realme and narzo’s budget lines. It has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, along with an additional up to 6GB of RAM expansion. It also has a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging capable of charging the phone from zero to 50 percent in 31 minutes.
At the front, the realme C53 has a 6.74-inch FHD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and the brand’s Mini Capsule notification system, making this the third phone to pack the feature. It comes in two colors, Champion Gold and Mighty Black.
The phone is only 7.49mm thick, the thinnest in the realme C series, and boasts realme’s “silk gradient coating process” to create a shiny golden texture effect.
In the camera department, it has a dual camera setup with a 50MP main and another sensor for depth. It also has an 8MP selfie shooter under a dew drop notch.
