To subscribe to these services, customers traveling abroad can visit and select the data plans that best suit their roaming needs. As of the end of March 2023, PLDT has extended its fiber footprint to over 1.1 million kilometers, encompassing more than 231,000 kilometers of international fiber and over 874,000 kilometers of domestic fiber. This extensive fiber infrastructure supports Smart’s 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G networks, which currently reach 97 percent of the country’s population.
