Bethesda unveils live-action trailer for Starfield, its new sci-fi RPG

Starfield is building up to be an epic sci-fi adventure.

Bethesda Game Studios, the developer behind popular franchises like The Elder Scrolls and Fallout, recently released a live-action trailer for its upcoming sci-fi role-playing game, Starfield.

The trailer, which features an orchestral version of Elton John’s “Rocket Man”, gives a glimpse of the vast and mysterious universe that players will be able to explore in Starfield.

Starfield is Bethesda’s first new IP in over 25 years and promises to deliver an epic adventure set among the stars. Players will be able to create their own characters and join Constellation, a group of explorers dedicated to uncovering humanity’s greatest mystery. Starfield will offer unparalleled freedom and choice, allowing players to shape their own stories and destinies in a next-generation game engine.

Starfield is set to release on September 6, 2023, for Xbox Series X|S and PC. The game will also be available on day one with Game Pass, Microsoft’s subscription service that gives access to hundreds of games for a monthly fee.

Additionally, players who pre-order either the Premium or Constellation Edition of Starfield will be able to play the game up to five days early, depending on the purchase date and time zone differences.

Starfield is expected to be one of the most anticipated games of 2023, and Bethesda fans are eager to see what the studio has in store for them in this new and exciting universe.
