Smart Communications rebrands the GigaLife App to the Smart App, offering more benefits and rewards for its prepaid, postpaid, and home WiFi subscribers.

The Smart App is a one-stop app for all your Smart needs. You can use it to manage your Smart Prepaid, Smart Signature, Smart Infinity, Smart Bro, TNT, and PLDT Prepaid Home WiFi accounts, track usage, register for promos, earn exclusive rewards, join exciting promos, and more.

To get the new app, you just need to update the GigaLife App that you already have on your phone or download it from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

Just like its predecessor, the app has a simple and user-friendly interface that lets you access all your important information at a glance. You can see your load balance, your promo subscription and expiration date, your points, your plan details, your booster subscriptions and expiration date, and more.

You can also link and manage all your other accounts such as Maya account and credit or debit card within the app with just a few taps.

The Smart App also sends you notifications about important advisories such as network outages or maintenance. You can also link your family and friends to share load, promos, rewards, or data with them easily.

Smart App

The Smart App is powered by Smart Communications. Smart’s mobile network performance is supported by PLDT and Smart’s integrated fixed and wireless networks. As of end-March 2023, PLDT had expanded its total fiber footprint to over 1.1 million kilometers, consisting of over 231,000 kilometers of international fiber and over 874,000 kilometers of domestic fiber. This fiber infrastructure also supports Smart’s 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G networks, which cover 97% of the country’s population as of end-March 2023.
