realme reveals Android 14-based realme UI 5.0 early access roadmap

realme announced the early access roadmap for its Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 custom skin. The company has shared the list of devices that will be eligible for the realme UI 5.0 early access program, which will allow users to experience the new features and improvements of the upcoming major update.

According to the official realme India Twitter account, the first device to get the realme UI 5.0 early access was the realme GT 2 Pro, which received it in September 2023. The next devices in line are the realme GT Neo 3 and the realme GT Neo 3 150W, which will get early access sometime in October 2023.

In November 2023, five more devices will join the realme UI 5.0 early access program, namely the realme 11 Pro 5G, the realme 11 Pro+ 5G, the realme Narzo 60 5G, the realme Narzo 60 Pro 5G, and the realme GT Neo 3T. In December 2023, four more devices will get early access, namely the realme C55, the realme 50 Pro 5G, the realme 10 Pro+ 5G, and the realme Narzo 55.

The first quarter of 2024 will see ten more devices getting the Realme UI 5.0 early access, namely the realme 11 5G, the realme 11X 5G, the realme 9 5G, the realme 9i 5G, the realme 9 Pro 5G, the realme 9 Pro+ 5G, the realme GT 2, the realme GT 5G, the realme Narzo 60x 5G, and the realme Narzo 50 5G. The second quarter of 2024 will see four more devices getting early access, namely the realme 10, the realme 9, the realme C53, and the realme C51.

However, it is important to note that this roadmap is only for India, and it may vary for other regions. The company has also clarified that this is an estimated timeline and it may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

realme UI 5.0 is based on Android 14, Google’s latest operating system for smartphones. Android 14 brings many new features and enhancements to improve user experience and privacy. Some of these features include Material You design language, Live Translate, Privacy Dashboard, One-handed mode, and more.

realme’s UI update is expected to bring a fresh and smooth user interface to realme smartphones.
