How to apply for a PLDT Home Fiber Plan
To apply for a PLDT Home Fiber Plan, you can do so online via PLDT Home’s website or in person at any of the PLDT branches across the country.
A valid ID with a signature is needed for the application. PLDT Home personnel will handle the installation of the fiber modem and telephone unit, but preparing the in-house wiring for the devices will be under your care.
If you live in a gated community, such as a village, subdivision, or other closed areas, you might need to secure a gate pass and other necessary permits for the PLDT Home personnel.
There is also a charge of ₱3,600 for the installation fee.
Valid IDs include the following:
- Philippine Driver’s License
- Social Security System (SSS) ID
- Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ID
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) with Photo
- Philippine Passport
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
- Passport, ACR, SRRV for Foreign Individuals
