Xiaomi officially launches the Redmi Note 13 Series consisting of five new smartphones: Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G, Redmi Note 13 5G, and Redmi Note 13 4G. Four phones will make it to Philippine shores.
The Redmi Note 13 4G features a 6.67-inch FHD AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 3 protection, a Snapdragon 685 chipset, a 108MP triple camera setup, MIUI 14, and a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The 5G model has a Dimensity 6080, but it won’t be available in the country.
Next, the Redmi Note 13 Pro has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 200MP triple camera setup, a headphone jack, Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, and a 5000mAh battery. The 5G variant has a 1.5K resolution screen with Gorilla Glass Victus protection, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip, and a 5100mAh battery with 67W fast charging. In contrast, the 4G variant has an FHD display with Gorilla Glass 5, a MediaTek Helio G99-Ultra processor, and a 5000mAh battery, also with 67W fast charging.
Lastly, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G features a 6.67-inch CrystalRes AMOLED curved display with 120Hz refresh rate, a 12-bit color depth, Gorilla Glass Victus, a Dimensity 7200-Ultra chipset, a 200MP triple camera setup, Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, and a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging.
Conspicuously missing is HyperOS, as the Redmi Note 13 Series launched with MIUI 14. Xiaomi’s new OS will probably rollout as an OTA update in the coming months.
Price and Availability
The Redmi Note 13 Series is coming to the Philippines, online and offline from January 16 to 25, 2024. The phones are also available via Home Credit with 0% interest installment plan and its Buy Now, Pay Later program.
