The Nothing Phone (2a) is set to make its global debut on March 5, 2024. This news comes from a leak by known tipster Yogesh Brar, who has provided us with some interesting details about the upcoming device.
Nothing said the Phone (2a) is going to be a “clear upgrade” from the Phone (1) on “every single front.” In terms of specs, it will sit below the flagship Phone (2), taking up the mid-range space. And the leaks show just that.

According to Brar, the Phone (2a) will feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. Under the hood, the device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra chip.
In terms of camera setup, the Nothing Phone (2a) is equipped with a 50MP main and a 50MP ultra-wide camera setup at the rear. For selfies, there’s a 32MP shooter in front.
On the software front, the phone runs on Nothing OS 2.5 on top of Android 14. Additionally, the device supports 45W fast charging.
Aside from the specifications, expect to see Nothing’s Glyph Interface (the LED light pattern seen on the Phone 1 and 2) and a transparent design.
Moreover, the leak suggests the Nothing Phone (2a) will be priced at USD 400 (around P22,400). Stay tuned for more updates as we approach the global launch date.
Nothing Phones and accessories are available in the Phillippines, distributed in the country by Digital Walker.
