ASUS PH unveils 4A Quality & Service enhanced warranty and service package

ASUS Philippines launched its improved warranty package, the ASUS 4A Quality & Service, aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction for users of ASUS, ROG, and ASUS Business products. This package is designed to provide Assured Quality, Always-on Support, All-around Coverage, and an Added-value experience.

The ASUS 4A Guarantee encompasses four core ideals that ensure a positive experience for ASUS product users.

  • Assured Quality – Get unrivaled quality and durability with US military-grade certified laptops backed up by expertly-trained ASUS Service Technicians for after-sales support.
  • Always-on Support – Users can get support whenever they need it, with the built-in MyASUS app via ASUS and ROG social media channels, email, Live Agent Chat support, or ASUS’ dedicated call center.
  • All-around Coverage – ASUS devices are protected around the world, with 100+ directly managed Authorized Service Centers in 63 cities nationwide and a global network of service centers that provide International Notebook Warranty services.
  • Added-value Experience – Enjoy complete peace of mind with a dedicated ASUS account support portal and Perfect Warranty, which safeguards ASUS laptops against accidental damage.   

ASUS provides free warranty packages out-of-the-box. All ASUS, TUF Gaming, ROG laptops, and ROG Ally come with a standard 2-Year International Warranty, while premium phones, including the ROG Phone series, come with a standard 1-Year Local Warranty.

ASUS ExpertBook laptops are further covered with a standard 3-year International Warranty. ASUS ExpertPC, Consumer Desktops, and All-in-One PCs are covered with a standard 3-year Local Warranty.

All ASUS Business laptops and desktops, consumer desktops, and All-in-One PCs also come with on-site support out of the box.

ASUS 4A Quality and Service

ASUS also offers the enhanced ASUS Premium Care (APC) extended service packages, customized to meet specific user needs. These packages start at P2,995 and may be purchased up to six months after the date of purchase. They include a 1-Year International / Local Warranty Extension, ASUS Perfect Warranty Plus (local accidental damage protection), HDD/SSD Retention, Carry-in to On-site Upgrade, and a Battery Service Package.

ASUS 4A Quality and Service is available upon purchase of any ASUS, TUF Gaming, ROG, or ASUS Business product. ASUS Premium Care warranty upgrade packages are available upon inquiry at official ASUS/ROG stores and authorized re-sellers.

ASUS 4A Quality and Service Standard Warranty

Since 2023, ASUS has been setting the bar high for laptop quality. All ASUS laptops are subjected to the most rigorous testing regime, strictly adhering to the latest, most demanding MIL-STD 810H US military-grade standard.

This includes a full suite of 12 test methods and 26 test procedures that simulate operation in harsh environmental conditions. In addition, ASUS laptops undergo 16 grueling durability tests that exceed the military-grade standard, ensuring their durability, reliability, and sustainability.
