New iPhone SE to feature iPhone 14 design, Face ID, according to report

Following the recent unveiling of the iPhone 16 and 16 Pro, additional details about the next-generation iPhone SE have surfaced. According to a report from Bloomberg, Apple’s budget-friendly device is expected to launch in early 2025.

The new iPhone SE is said to adopt a more modern design similar to the iPhone 14. This means it will not have the home button and will instead have a large notch at the top of the display for the Face ID. Additionally, the device is expected to be equipped with one of Apple’s newer chipsets, which could potentially support Apple Intelligence.

Alongside the iPhone SE, Apple is reportedly planning to refresh its Mac lineup in 2025. The company is rumored to introduce revamped Mac minis, updated MacBooks, and iMacs powered by the M4 chip. An updated iPad Air and Magic Keyboard are also expected to launch next year.

New iPhone SE and iPad Air models are typically announced around March and April. Expect to see more details about these devices as we approach those months in 2025. Stay tuned.
