Smart Communications (Smart) has introduced an enhanced Smart Philippine Tourist eSIM with unlimited data, catering to the needs of returning Overseas Filipino Workers and foreign tourists. It is designed for tourists to enjoy local rates, eliminating high roaming fees and limited Wi-Fi access concerns.
The Smart Philippine Tourist eSIM comes with unlimited data and unlimited local calls and texts valid for 30 days, priced at Php 1,599.
A Php 599 option is also available, which offers 24GB of data, as well as unlimited local calls and texts to all networks, valid for 30 days.
Activating the eSIM is a simple and hassle-free process. Because there is no physical SIM card, all you need to do is scan the eSIM QR code from an eSIM-compatible smartphone. Users are required to register at https://simreg.smart.com.ph/ to activate the eSIM.
In Bonifacio Global City (or BGC), users can take advantage of Smart 5G Max, Smart’s advanced 5G network. The eSIMs are powered by Smart’s mobile network, which covers 97% of the Philippine population and is supported by the country’s largest integrated network.
