HONOR Philippines has set a new Guinness World Record for “The Most People Performing a Mobile Phone Drop Test Simultaneously” with 264 participants, each dropping a HONOR X9c 5G at the Shooting Gallery in Makati City. The previous record was 250 participants.
The phone’s durability is a key feature, with an all-angle triple defense and an SGS 5-Star rating for Drop Resistance, allowing it to withstand drops of up to two meters.
Additionally, it has an IP65M rating for water resistance, capable of surviving submersion in water up to 25 cm deep for a maximum of 5 minutes; and heat resistance ranging for temperatures ranging from -40°C cold to 70°C hot, allowing to survive from immersion in boiling water.
Beyond its toughness, the phone features a large 6.78-inch 1.2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, a dual camera system with a 108MP sensor, and a massive 6600mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. It is available in three colors, namely, Titanium Purple, Titanium Black, and Jade Cyan.
