Redmi 14C 5G unveiled with 50MP camera, Snapdragon 4 Gen 2

Xiaomi has unveiled the Redmi 14C 5G, which is similar to the Redmi 14C 4G model in both design and features.

The Redmi 14C 5G boasts a 6.88-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 600 nits. It is also equipped with TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light for eye protection.

Unlike the 4G model, this phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 5G processor and offers configurations of 4GB or 6GB of RAM and storage options of 64GB or 128GB. The device also boasts a 5160mAh battery with 18W USB-C fast charging. A 33W charger is included in the retail package.

Despite having four cutouts at the back, the phone only has a dual camera setup, comprising a 50MP main camera and an auxiliary lens. The front-facing camera is an 8MP shooter housed in a waterdrop notch for selfies and video calls.

In India, the Redmi 14C 5G is priced at INR 10,000 (around Php 6,800) for the 4GB+64GB model, INR 11,000 for the 4GG+128GB mode, and INR 12,000 for the 6GB+128GB model.

There’s no news yet of a Philippine release. Stay tuned for more details.
