Xiaomi launches Buds 5 Pro in the Philippines

Xiaomi has officially launched the Buds 5 Pro in the Philippines, joining the Xiaomi 15 and Pad 7 Series. Priced at PHP 9,599, this new addition redefines wireless audio with high-fidelity sound.

The Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon Sound Technology Suite and Qualcomm aptX Lossless technology, delivering 48kHz/24bit sound at a high transmission bandwidth of up to 2.1Mbps.

It is equipped with a dual-amplifier coaxial triple-driver system for deep bass, balanced mids, and an expansive soundstage. The Harman Golden Ear Team has tuned the Buds 5 Pro, offering two professionally crafted EQ profiles to enhance the listening experience. Moreover, the device features up to 55dB hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC), adapting to various environments to block out distractions.

The Buds 5 Pro features dual-device connectivity, personalized dimensional audio, and an extended battery life for uninterrupted listening. Including the case battery, users can enjoy up to 40 hours of battery life and 4.5 hours of playback with just 10 minutes of fast charging.

Additionally, it’s built-in audio recording feature lets users capture important conversations by pressing the case button three times. The case itself acts as a recording trigger as well.

The Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro also supports AI-powered translation and transcription. Press controls allow simple pinch gestures for music playback, call management, ANC adjustment, voice assistant activation, and audio recording, while swipe controls offer convenient volume adjustments.
