BYD Cars Philippines unveils the revolutionary Shark 6 DMO

BYD Cars Philippines has officially launched the BYD Shark 6 DMO, an electrified pickup truck set to redefine the Philippine market.

BYD Shark 6 DMO

The Shark 6 DMO comes in two variants — Advanced and Premium. It features BYD’s Dual Mode Off-road (DMO) technology, which seamlessly switches between electric and fuel power to adapt to any driving condition.

Powered by a Blade battery, onboard generator, and dual motors, the Shark 6 DMO delivers 435 PS and 650 Nm of torque, making it one of the most powerful pickups in its class.

The Shark 6 DMO integrates its Blade Battery into the vehicle’s structure, enhancing both safety and rigidity. Its exterior features a bold front grille, LED headlights, and two-tone 18-inch alloy wheels. And with a 230mm ground clearance and a 700mm wading depth, it’s designed to handle both off-road trails and urban roads with ease.

Inside, the Shark 6 DMO offers a premium and spacious cabin, highlighted by a 12.8-inch rotating touchscreen compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The Premium variant includes heated and ventilated leather seats, a 6-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, and an 8-speaker sound system for added comfort and entertainment.
