The Tang DM-i combines a turbocharged engine with a 21.5 kWh Blade battery. It delivers 271 PS and 315 Nm of torque, reaching 0 to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds. Drivers can expect a combined range of over 1,000 kilometers, including 110 kilometers in full electric mode.

Charging is flexible. Using AC power, the battery charges from 15% to full in about three hours. DC fast charging takes it from 30% to 80% in just 22 minutes. The SUV also supports Vehicle-to-Load (V2L), allowing it to power external devices.

Inside, the Tang DM-i offers a spacious cabin with seating for seven. It features a 15.6-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 12-speaker Dynaudio sound system. Access is made easier with an NFC card and BYD’s mobile app.

Safety is handled by BYD’s DiPilot system, which includes adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera, and automatic emergency braking.
