ACMobility’s BYD Cars Philippines has opened reservations nationwide for the BYD Atto 2 and BYD Seal 5, ahead of their official launch on July 28. The new EVs expand BYD’s growing Vehicle lineup and give Filipino motorists more options to go electric.
First previewed at the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) in April, the all-new BYD Atto 2 joins the brand’s NEV range as a compact model designed for everyday practicality.
It comes in three variants — Atto 2 EV Premium, Atto 2 DM‑i Premium, and Atto 2 DM‑i Dynamic. These offer flexibility between full electric and hybrid powertrains. BYD says the Atto 2 is built for value-driven, practical, and aspirational motorists, making electrified mobility more accessible than ever.
The new BYD Seal 5 DM‑i also joins the lineup, featuring refreshed styling and upgraded features. It builds on the success of the previous Seal model, combining hybrid efficiency with modern design.
Both models reflect BYD’s push to make electric and hybrid vehicles mainstream in the Philippines. The company’s message, “Now Everyone Can Go Electric with More Choices from BYD,” underscores its goal to widen adoption and offer more affordable entry points into the EV market.
