This setup pushes the SUV from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, with a driving range of up to 542 km (NEDC) on a single charge.

Compared to the Sealion 6, the Sealion 7 is longer and sleeker. It carries similar headlights but adds angular taillights with scale‑like LED patterns, giving it a more athletic look.

Inside, it offers ventilated power seats, a panoramic glass roof, and a power tailgate with a kick sensor. A front trunk adds extra storage.

Other features include a 15.6‑inch rotating touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a head‑up display, and a voice assistant. The SUV also supports Vehicle‑to‑Load (V2L), allowing owners to power external devices during trips or outages.

Safety is covered by BYD’s DiPilot ADAS suite, which includes a 360‑degree camera, Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Assistance, and Blind Spot Detection.
