realme announces RMC Season 9, expands esports partnerships

realme has officially announced the return of the realme Mobile Legends Cup (RMC) Season 9, along with new strategic partnerships with Moonton and Qualcomm. This move highlights the brand’s commitment to strengthening the local esports scene and enhancing mobile gaming experiences.

RMC Season 9 promises to deliver an exciting competition that features elimination rounds, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and a grand final. Registration is now ongoing until May 7, 2025. For a chance to claim the RMC Championship title, teams can register online.

In collaboration with Moonton, realme is also extending its support to the MLBB Development League (MDL), a secondary league and talent pool designed for Mobile Legends Professional League Philippines teams.

This initiative aims to bridge the gap between amateur and professional players, paving the way for emerging talents. The MDL Grand Finals are scheduled for May 17 and 18, 2025.

Moreover, realme is also strengthening its partnership with Qualcomm, extending its longstanding partnership that saw the integration of powerful Snapdragon processors into realme’s flagship devices, including the realme GT Series and realme Number Series.
