Smart Communications has launched Travē, a new app that helps Filipino travelers stay connected while overseas using eSIM technology. Available on Google Play (and soon on the Apple App Store), Travē offers simple, affordable data options for users on the go.
The app supports mobile internet in over 80 countries, including Japan, Singapore, the US, and the UAE. Travelers can get connected for as low as ₱40 per day or $4.50 for seven days. Any eSIM-compatible device can use Travē, regardless of network provider.
Users can browse and activate data plans right inside the app, skipping airport kiosks and physical SIM cards altogether. Travē is best for vacations, remote work, or international business trips.
