OPPO has confirmed it will launch the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro smartphones in China on October 16.

The new devices will run ColorOS 16, which is based on Android 16. The updated operating system will be announced a day earlier, on October 15, during the OPPO Developers Conference.
Both phones will use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip. OPPO says the Find X9 will have a 7,025 mAh battery, while the Pro model will come with a larger 7,500 mAh battery. Each phone will also feature a physical button to activate AI functions.
ColorOS 16 will bring a redesigned interface and new AI tools. It will also be available on other devices, including the OnePlus 15, OnePlus Ace 6, and OPPO Pad 5.
