vivo has announced the international rollout schedule for OriginOS 6, its latest Android 16-based OS. The update will begin reaching eligible devices in phases starting in November 2025.
In early November, the first batch includes the vivo X Fold5, X200 Pro, X200, X200 FE, and V60. iQOO’s flagship iQOO 13 is also part of this wave.
By mid-November, more premium models will follow. These include the vivo X Fold3 Pro, X100 Pro, and X100. iQOO will update the iQOO 12, iQOO 11, and iQOO Neo 12 during this phase.
In mid-December, the rollout expands to mid-range devices. vivo will update the V60e, V50, V50e, and T4 Ultra. The S19 Pro is also expected to receive the update around this time. iQOO will push OriginOS 6 to the Neo 10, Neo 10R, and Neo 9 Pro.
Starting in the first half of 2026, a broader set of devices will get the update.
