Xiaomi backs up its promise with REDMI Note 15 Pro Series warranty program

Xiaomi Philippines is putting their money where their mouth is. The REDMI Note 15 Pro Series, which features unprecedented durability, will come with a comprehensive warranty program valued at ₱19,008.

The coverage applies to the REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G and REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G, and is available for purchases made between January 16 and February 28, 2026. It offers extended protection across battery, accidental damage, and essential repairs.

The package includes three key benefits. First is a four‑year battery warranty with a free one‑time replacement or service within 48 months

Second is a two‑year liquid damage and exterior protection warranty. This covers accidental spills and external damage, with one consolidated claim for motherboard or screen repair, or front and back cover replacement.

Lastly, a two‑year standard warranty covers essential device issues, offering free repair or replacement when needed.

The program has been validated by Frost & Sullivan’s Southeast Asia 2024–2025 Smartphone After‑Sales Benefits Report. By extending coverage across battery, accidental damage, and core functionality, Xiaomi strengthens its promise of reliability and long‑term assurance for Filipino consumers.
