Google Search launches BTS scavenger hunt ahead of Arirang album release

BTS fans can now join a Google Search scavenger hunt ahead of the Arirang album release on March 20, 2026. By searching “BTS,” users unlock trivia challenges and collectible tracklist art handwritten by the members. Google is rolling out rewards in stages until the album drops.

To start, just type “BTS” in the search bar, and you’ll see a small bottle icon at the bottom right. Clicking it starts the scavenger hunt.

The hunt includes trivia questions and lyric puzzles about BTS’s history. Each quest solved unlocks one of 14 collectible cards. These cards feature handwritten tracklist art from the members, including Jungkook’s “Swim” and Jin’s “Merry Go Round.”

Google is releasing the rewards in phases. The first set of quests is available now. More “sealed” quests will unlock on March 9 and March 16. The final stage arrives on March 20, the same day the Arirang album officially drops.

This isn’t the first time Google has added BTS-themed Easter eggs. Fans may remember the purple balloon event from a few years ago.
