OPPO Watch X3 launches with titanium build and health tracking

OPPO has unveiled the Watch X3 in China. The new smartwatch comes with a premium design, long battery life, and advanced health features.

The Watch X3 has a titanium case with sapphire glass and a 1.5‑inch LTPO OLED display. The screen is sharp with a resolution of 466×466 and can reach up to 3,000 nits of brightness.

It has two buttons on the side, with the top one doubling as a rotating crown. The watch works with standard 22mm straps.

Inside, it runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon W5 chip. The 646mAh battery charges in about 75 minutes and can last up to five days, or three days with heavy use. It supports Bluetooth 5.2 and eSIM with 4G connectivity.

The Watch X3 runs ColorOS Watch 16 and works with Android 10 and iOS 14 devices. For health, it can measure blood pressure, wrist temperature, SpO₂, and sleep quality with apnea detection.

It also has a quick 60‑second physical exam that checks 14 indicators. Fitness features include more than 100 sports modes and AI coaching.

OPPO is offering the Watch X3 in three colors: Universe Star Orange, Gravitational Black, and Unlimited Titanium. The pre‑sale price in China starts at CNY 2,379.15, which is around PHP 20,590 / INR 31,900. Global availability has not yet been confirmed.
